I am an Associate Professor at the LIRIS lab, SICAL research team.
I was a Visiting Professor at the McGill University (ATLAS Lab) from January to August 2016.
I obtained my Habilitation in Nov. 2016.

Research Interests

My research interests include several topics: Self-Regulated Learning Environments, Learner Engagement, Reflexive Visualization and Adaptive Gamification, in the fields of Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL), Computer Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL) and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).

My research interest in the collective dimension of learning and knowledge building. The group may take the form of a project group, a community or a social network. My research can be more specifically divided into two topics:

My research activities are conducted in the fields of CSCL (Computer Supported Collaborative Learning), TEL (Technology Enhanced Learning) and KE (Knowledge Engineering). My works are based on theories and findings from other disciplines, primarily Education Science and Cognitive Science.
