Data generated with the RAevol artificial evolution program
These Data represent three digital organisms (S1, S2 and S3) evolved during 40 000 generations under similar conditions in the artificial evolutionary environment RAevol (see main article for details). They are proposed as benchmarks for data-mining, knowledge discovery and network inference algorithm. More generaly, they are free of use for any scientific purpose.
For each organism, we give the complete genome sequence (genome_best_indiv.txt), the complete gene/protein set (koGenes_triangles.txt), the genetic network in .dot format to be used with the graphviz software (network.dot) and the proteins concentration values in the systematic gene knock-out experiments (koMat.out). The complete description of the experiments is provided in the main article submitted to Intelligent Data Analysis Journal.
