Institutional Responsibilities
IUT Lyon 1 — Business Department (TC)

Head of IT Section (since 2008) — administrative, organisational, and pedagogical oversight of all common-core IT modules, representing ≈800 h/year. Also responsible for instructor recruitment (ATER, ACE, hourly staff), timetable coordination, digital platform administration, and training.

Responsible for First-Year Student Admissions (since 2017) — ≈10,000 applications per year for 230 places.

Co-responsible for the Projet Voltaire (since 2023) — online spelling/expression training platform for ≈200 second-year students. Manages accounts, assessment sessions, technical support, and results reporting.

Internship and Work-Study Supervision — supervises ≈23 student placements and ≈3 work-study students per year across all three years.

Jury and Council Participation — participates each year in examination juries, departmental councils, and IUT committees.

DUT → BUT Transformation — active participant in the national programme reform: contributed to the design of specialisations/pathways, SAé, and the competency portfolio.

NatBraille & Coobra Projects
I co-direct the NatBraille and Coobra project with Alain Mille — an open-source collaborative web editor for scientific and technical documents with both print and Braille views.
NatBraille constitutes a digital common, currently used by a heterogeneous community: visually impaired people and their families, teachers and students from primary to university level, associations, Braille transcription centres, specialist institutes, and disability support services.
Beyond the digital service itself, the participatory research carried out within the ANR SAPS COOBRA project enables dissemination and valorisation of research that extends beyond the academic world.
Funders (multiple rounds): Ministry of National Education (édu-Up), Région AURA, ANR, Institut FORJA (OVE Foundation), ANR/AMI DemoES.
