Visual Information Systems (4IF)

After the 3IF course on image fundamentals, this second course gives an outlook of several advanced problems in visual information systems, i.e, systems of visual information such as geographic information systems andimages databases, and visual systems for accessing multimedia information, such as visual languages and portals. We will continue by an introduction to GeoWeb, 3D cities, virtual reality and image extensions of ORACLE.
